
GAR Committees
GAR is dependent on its membership as volunteers to remain the leading voice of real estate in Gaston County and to make sure that GAR stays current with political and economic issues. The following committees carryout many of the programs and services for GAR. Click on the image to learn more about that committee. Provide members with programs, products and services to assist them in successfully pursuing their business in a profitable and professional manner.
Actively monitors legislation and agency regulatory issues at the local, state, and federal levels and communicates to the membership concerns directly affecting GAR members. Actively solicits donations from the membership to the North Carolina Political Action Committee (RPAC).

Identifies and provides the education needs of GAR members. This committee plans all of the Continue Education classes for GAR, non-credit
education, and other learning opportunities.
Awards
Recognizes and promotes outstanding leadership and contributions by GAR Realtor® members and affiliates.
This committee reviews and investigates written complaints and arbitration
requests following the guidelines of the Code of Ethics and Arbitration Manual of NAR adopted by GAR. This committee meets only as needed and is a closed meeting.
